That is why it’s called the art of storytelling instead of just storytelling. I love the narrating style of Raja Rao – “Kanthaputra” and “The Serpent & The Rope”. In a first person narration, we have a better insight into the heart of the author. It interests me a lot, it seems as if old granny is telling the bed-time-story.
