Spirituality is the only way to True Happiness.

Being conscious of your deeds would also be a good start. You surely cannot find happiness if your actions are causing distress to another. I’m not saying that we should all sucker up and start giving in to the whims of every person around us, but then again offering kindness and empathy to our fellow being, animals and birds included, would also be a good start in the quest to find God and the Ultimate Happiness!!!

Happiness is the undying quest of life, the unquenchable thirst and the insatiable hunger of all human kind. Happiness is what we all seek for, what we long for. But can such bliss be nothing but an elusive state of mind, which is here one moment and gone the next, or is such a positive outlook attainable for a lifetime? Perhaps it is.

Yes one can have a positive outlook for full life.

Naturally everyone wants to be happy. Why else do we keep living and working? Many people consider happiness as something found with the increase of pleasure and comforts. Others look for position, or ease of living, thrills, or more money and what it can buy. Isn’t that true?

That is false happiness, as we get a momentary happiness by the objects of the world. For example we wait for a meeting with a loved one and feel the happiness when we meet. But shortly after we depart we loose that happiness and rather feel unhappy.

To become complete human beings, to find happiness, we need to develop our human spirits to the fullest. This is what it means to be spiritual. To be the best we can be; to exercise all the qualities and traits that are unique to humankind and that give us the identity as human beings. This spirituality is an integral component of being human, and we cannot have true and enduring happiness without it.
