In a train we get in and find our seat, get introduced to people around, develop some sort of impressions and help each other if needed being co-traveler. When our destination comes we get down from the train and do not remember any one after some time.
Similar situation is here in this life. We get birth get the education from our teachers and parents, do some kind of job and when the time comes depart to the destination.
As we do not get attached to any one in a train journey, as we know that this is just a small time period we are together. Same approach should be followed in the life. This life is also a small period if we look at the total time period of billion of years the creation came into existence.
Thus as we behave in the train journey, that is just having casual a purposeful relationship with other travelers in our cabin or coach, same approach should be followed with people around us, in this world. We should have limited relationship and emotional bonding in this world as we do have in the train journey.
One must not trust co-passengers completely. This can prove to be dangerous as we have witnessed countless incidences where passengers were robbed or duped.

This is the effect of perception and mindset we have.
This is the most import explanation about our life, its importance and the problems we face..
I guess every one is entitled to his views on a subject. If the author and some of the commenters felt in certain way, we must understand it is their view(s).
appearing sensible to him
Calling wise and foolish is just matter of point of view, how one looks at the scenario.
f one do not understand ones message he just says the other person is a fool.
And if one understands the views then he calls him wise.
I understand the views of all above, very well.
Thanks for the same.
I do feel life is a journey.. Everyday is a blessing, an opportunity to travel to new highs, an adventure..
The same as a ”train ride”, our journey of life will be met and in the end, summed by ones own perception.. Everywhere this journey takes us, there is a lesson to be learned...you see, learn, and move (alone or with family) along to your next ”stop”.. We can choose to find beauty within the darkness, good among the bad, and love among the hate...
We’re all on the same train with the the same final destination... What we do in the meantime,( our individual itineraries) how we do it, and how we choose to perceive it is up to us......
But when you do the opposite way you can see things only after you pass it fading away in the horizon.
It is much like one’s approach to life.
One can learn everything from the scenario around.
Also though the passengers may know their goal a careless train driver may crash them all.
