that saint can be any one among us who has acquired the symptoms of Geetamaye,
means who has adopted the teachings of Geeta into his soul and that does not mean the holy book Geeta but the teachings of Geeta which is style of life
and not can be learnt or adopted from any book.
Even an illiterate person who has not heard even a sloka of geeta can be geetamayee, he is sthitpragya.
Lord krishna has enumerated his symptoms like how he walks and talks and how reacts in different situations.
