We need helping hands :
1. When we are overworked and time is limited.
2. When we are lethargic and do not want to do our own job.
3. When we have more money to spend and pay others.
Thus, helping hand may be needed for different reasons.
The wise one is always interested to most of his personal work on his own. Only in situations where time is critical, he will need the help of other person.

I may add 2 more reasons; one, when the government or the company provides it to ease off our minds from mundane jobs so that we may concentrate on more important ones; second, to show off.
If one is slef sufficnet and healthy, should work with his own hands for himslef and also serve others without any self interest to get the pleasure of Allah !!
Self dependence is the greatest force which makes one capable for everything.
One who depends on his own effort and the grace of the Supreme LORD will always be happy.
